Glow Up Instantly（以下简称“本应用”）尊重并保护您的隐私。本政策说明我们如何收集、使用和保护您的信息。

1. 信息收集

本应用可能收集或处理以下信息：

• 照片数据：您主动选择上传或拍摄的参考图片，仅用于生成您请求的 AI 图像效果。
• 生成指令：您选择的预设、风格、模型、提示词以及完成生成所需的技术请求数据。
• 生成结果：AI 生成的图片会显示在应用内，并可由您保存到设备相册。
• 购买信息：通过 Apple StoreKit 处理订阅和应用内购买，我们不会直接访问您的支付卡号或 Apple ID 密码。
• 设备权限：相册权限仅用于选择、保存图片；通知或震动仅用于生成完成提醒。
• 诊断信息：Apple 可能向开发者提供匿名崩溃或性能数据，用于改进应用稳定性。

2. 信息使用

我们仅将信息用于：

• 提供 AI 图片生成、预览、保存和分享功能。
• 处理订阅、点数购买、恢复购买和会员权益。
• 维护应用安全、排查错误并改进用户体验。

3. AI 图片处理

为了完成图片生成请求，只有在您在应用内点击同意并开始生成后，您选择的参考图片、生成指令、提示词、模型/预设选择以及完成请求所需的技术数据，才会被发送至第三方 AI 服务进行处理。

图片生成请求会发送给 fal.ai。该服务商仅用于处理您主动请求的 AI 图片生成，并将生成结果返回给本应用。

我们要求第三方 AI 服务商对其处理的数据提供与本隐私政策相同或同等水平的保护，并仅为提供图片生成服务而处理相关数据。请不要上传您无权使用的图片，或包含敏感个人信息、违法内容的图片。

4. 面部数据

用户主动提交的参考照片可能包含人脸。本应用可能处理这些照片中可见的面部信息，例如面部结构、脸型、眼睛形状、鼻子、嘴唇、下颌线、肤色、发型、表情以及为保持用户请求的肖像身份并生成 AI 图片所必需的其他视觉面部特征。

我们仅将面部数据用于提供用户主动请求的 AI 图片生成、图像编辑、身份一致的肖像生成、预览和结果返回功能。我们不会使用面部数据识别用户身份、认证用户、跟踪用户、训练人脸识别、创建生物识别模板、创建生物识别档案，或出售面部数据。

只有当用户点击“同意并生成”并提交生成请求时，面部数据才可能与 fal.ai 共享。fal.ai 仅为处理用户请求的 AI 图片生成结果而处理提交的参考图片和相关提示词数据。我们不会在自有服务器上存储面部数据。提交的照片和生成结果可能由第三方 AI 服务商为完成请求而进行临时处理，本应用不将其用于长期服务器存储。生成结果会显示在应用会话中，并可由用户选择保存到设备相册。

保留期限：本应用不会在开发者运营的服务器上保留面部数据。上传的参考照片和生成图片可能仅作为应用会话/历史记录的一部分保存在用户设备本地，或由用户主动保存到系统相册。用户可以删除应用内或相册中的生成图片，卸载应用会删除本地应用数据。第三方处理仅限于提供用户请求的生成服务所合理必要的时间。

5. 数据存储与安全

• 生成结果默认保存在应用会话中，您可以选择保存到系统相册。
• 应用设置和点数状态会保存在设备本地或通过 Apple 购买凭证恢复。
• 我们采取合理措施保护数据，但互联网传输和电子存储无法保证绝对安全。

6. 第三方服务

本应用可能使用以下第三方服务：

• Apple StoreKit：用于处理订阅、应用内购买和恢复购买。
• Apple Photos Framework：用于选择和保存图片。
• fal.ai：用于处理您主动提交的图片生成请求，包括图像生成、图像编辑或视觉预处理模型。

Apple 服务受 Apple 隐私政策 约束。

7. 数据删除

8. 儿童隐私

本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集儿童个人信息。

Privacy Policy

Glow Up Instantly ("the App") respects and protects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

1. Information We Collect

• Photo data: Reference images you choose to upload or capture are used only to generate the AI image results you request.
• Generation instructions: The preset, style, model, prompt text, and technical request data needed to complete the generation you request.
• Generated results: AI-generated images are shown in the App and may be saved by you to your device photo library.
• Purchase information: Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through Apple StoreKit. We do not directly access your payment card number or Apple ID password.
• Device permissions: Photo library access is used for selecting and saving images; notifications or vibration may be used to alert you when generation is complete.
• Diagnostics: Apple may provide anonymous crash or performance information to help improve app stability.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide AI image generation, preview, saving, and sharing features.
• Process subscriptions, credit purchases, purchase restoration, and premium benefits.
• Maintain app security, troubleshoot issues, and improve the user experience.

3. AI Image Processing

To fulfill image generation requests, only after you consent in the App and start generation, the reference image you select, generation instructions, prompt text, model/preset selection, and technical request data needed to complete the request may be sent to third-party AI services for processing.

Image generation requests are sent to fal.ai. This provider is used only to process the AI image generation you request and return generated results to the App.

We require third-party AI providers that process this data to provide the same or equal protection described in this Privacy Policy and to process the data only for providing the requested image generation service. Please do not upload images you do not have the right to use, or images containing sensitive personal information or unlawful content.

4. Face Data

Some reference photos submitted by users may contain a human face. The App may process visible facial information in those photos, such as facial structure, face shape, eye shape, nose, lips, jawline, skin tone, hairstyle, expression, and other visual facial characteristics necessary to preserve the user-requested portrait identity and generate the requested AI image.

We use face data only to provide the user-requested AI image generation, image editing, identity-preserving portrait generation, preview, and result delivery features. We do not use face data to identify a user, authenticate a user, track a user, train face recognition, create a biometric template, create a biometric profile, or sell face data.

Face data may be shared with fal.ai only when the user taps Agree & Generate and submits a generation request. fal.ai processes the submitted reference image and related prompt data only to provide the requested AI image generation result. We do not store face data on our own servers. Submitted photos and generated results may be temporarily processed by the third-party AI provider to complete the request and are not intended for long-term storage by the App. Generated results remain in the App session and may be saved by the user to the device photo library.

Retention: The App does not keep face data on developer-operated servers. Uploaded reference photos and generated images may be kept locally on the user's device only as part of the App session/history or if the user saves them to Photos. Users can delete generated images from the App or Photos, and uninstalling the App removes local app data. Third-party processing is limited to the time reasonably necessary to provide the requested generation service.

5. Data Storage & Security

• Generated results are displayed in the App session, and you may choose to save them to the system photo library.
• App settings and credit status may be stored locally on your device or restored through Apple purchase receipts.
• We use reasonable safeguards to protect data, but no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.

6. Third-Party Services

• Apple StoreKit: For subscriptions, in-app purchases, and purchase restoration.
• Apple Photos Framework: For selecting and saving images.
• fal.ai: For processing image generation requests you submit, including image generation, image editing, or visual preprocessing models.

Apple services are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete generated images saved to your photo library, or uninstall the App to remove local app data. For privacy-related assistance, contact us using the address below.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated policies will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
