最终用户许可协议（EULA）

通过下载、安装或使用 Pocket4Cam（以下简称"本应用"），即表示您同意受本最终用户许可协议（以下简称"本协议"）的约束。如果您不同意本协议的条款，请勿使用本应用。

1. 许可授予

我们授予您有限的、非独占的、不可转让的、可撤销的许可，仅用于在您拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上使用本应用，并须遵守 Apple App Store 服务条款中规定的使用规则。

2. 使用限制

您不得：

• 复制、修改或分发本应用
• 对本应用进行反向工程、反汇编或反编译
• 出租、租赁、出借、销售或转让本应用
• 将本应用用于任何非法或未经授权的目的
• 删除本应用中的任何版权或其他专有声明

3. 订阅与应用内购买

本应用提供以下购买选项：

• 日卡：非自动续订型购买，24 小时后自动过期
• 年卡：自动续订订阅。付款将通过您的 Apple ID 账户收取。订阅会在当前订阅期结束前 24 小时内自动续订，届时将按当前订阅价格收费，除非您在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时取消自动续订。您可以在购买后前往 Apple ID 账户设置中管理和取消订阅。
• 终身：一次性购买，永久有效，无需续订

4. 知识产权

本应用及其所有内容、功能和特性均为我们的财产，受版权、商标及其他知识产权法律保护。使用本应用拍摄和录制的照片和视频归您所有。

5. 免责声明

本应用按"原样"和"可用"基础提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证。我们不保证本应用将不间断、及时、安全或无错误地运行。

6. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任。

7. 终止

如果您违反本协议的任何条款，本许可将自动终止。终止后，您必须停止使用本应用并删除所有副本。

End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: May 21, 2025

By downloading, installing, or using Pocket4Cam ("the App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or transfer the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the App

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The App offers the following purchase options:

• Day Pass: A non-renewing purchase that expires after 24 hours
• Yearly: An auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the current subscription price, unless you cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Lifetime: A one-time purchase with no expiration and no renewal required

4. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Photos and videos captured and recorded using the App belong to you.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

7. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using the App and delete all copies.
