Welcome to Magic Lamp ("the App"). By using this App, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

This App is an AI-powered personal growth coaching tool that provides:

• Personalized growth plans based on your goals
• Daily task management and progress tracking
• Nightly AI coaching conversations (in a "Genie" persona)

2. Subscriptions & Payments

• The App offers subscription-based services, purchased and managed through the Apple App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Free trial periods (if any) will automatically convert to paid subscriptions upon expiration

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your input
• Do not use the App to send illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account

4. AI Content Disclaimer

• AI-generated plans and advice are for reference only and do not constitute professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice
• Conversation content is generated by third-party large language models and may be inaccurate or inappropriate
• The "Genie" persona is fictional; its communication style is designed to motivate users to achieve their goals
• Estimated days and success rates are AI estimates based on general patterns and are not guaranteed

5. Intellectual Property

The App's interface design, code, icons, and copy are protected by intellectual property laws. Personal plans and conversation content you generate belong to you.

6. Service Changes & Termination

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time
• Significant changes will be announced via in-app notifications or this page
• Service termination does not affect subscription refund policies (managed by Apple)

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this App.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
